Orders will be processed and mailed within 2 - 4 business days. Each item is made to order, so please take this into consideration when understanding the work involved to have your pieces on their way to you!
Standard 3-5* day shipping— $3.5 + $1/each additional item added
Priority Flat Rate 1-3* day shipping — $8.5 + $.50/each additional item added
*Shipping/arrival time depends on the state being shipped to. Delays during shipment can occur.
Returns & Exchanges
We don’t accept returns since each item is made to order, however, contact us if there is something wrong with your order.
We don’t accept exchanges, unless you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product. If this happens, contact us ASAP and we’ll sort everything out. Cost adjustments may occur.
We gladly accept cancellations within 12hrs of purchasing (contact us ASAP).
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order?
Orders are guaranteed to be shipped out between 2-4 business days after purchase. Once they are shipped, it usually takes about 2-4 days to arrive, depending on the destination (unexpected, out of our control, delays during shipment can occur). Each order will have a tracking number, so updates on its shipment progress will be available. Feel free to contact us if you need your items by a certain day and we will do our best to rush your order and accommodate you!
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
If this happens, please contact us ASAP and provide a picture of the issue. We'll gladly repair or replace the item, depending on the problem.
My necklace broke. What now?
We gladly do repairs on items that break within 90 days of receiving them. Contact us & we will send all information regarding repairs to you. For any other instances, send us a message and we’ll see how we can help.
I saw a cute jewelry design from another store. Can you make it?
We love doing custom orders for customers! If you want us to imitate a product from somewhere else, send a picture of the design and we’ll let you know if it’s possible! If you want something from our store customized, send a description and we can make it happen! Example: want a charm placed on a different chain/bead, would like a patterned choker, etc.
Entering incorrect/incomplete addresses:
If you realize that you incorrectly entered your address (or need an item shipped to another address), contact me immediately so that I get everything switched before I ship your package.
If you mis-type your address (or give an incomplete address) without realizing it, I will contact you via email and Etsy, before printing a shipping label. If I don't receive a response within the next 3-4 days, I will issue a full refund and cancel your transaction.
What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
Your shipping costs include tracking for each order. This is so that packages can easily be traced if something goes wrong. If your package was sent to the wrong address (due to you entering it incorrectly), I cannot assist you. If your order says "delivered", yet you haven't received it, it is not my responsibility. I can only control the quality of the product and getting it to the post office - once it leaves there, the location and delivery of the package is completely out of my control. If your packages arrival is delayed or you’re concerned about its location, contact us & we’ll advise you on the situation.
How do I care for gold plated items?
All of our gold necklaces are plated, meaning they are coated in a layer of gold, ranging from 14K-18K. Any substance that isn't PH neutral can affect gold plating, including water, perfumes, creams, makeup, detergents, and more. To extend the quality of the plating, we recommend following these guidelines when handling our jewelry.
1. Don’t wear your jewelry when swimming or in the shower.
2. Don’t wear plated jewelry when you'll be sweating profusely.
3. Put plated jewelry on after applying perfumes, lotions, etc.
4. Wash hands before putting on & taking off plated jewelry.
5. Store plated jewelry in a pouch or soft cloth separate from other jewelry.
Do you offer wholesale?
